We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. Once an order is placed, our team immediately begins processing it so we can get your items to you as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order or request an update, please contact us here for support, we’ll do everything we can to assist.
Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.
Address Changes:
Your security is extremely important to us. Because our checkout process includes fraud-prevention and address verification, we’re unable to change a full shipping address after an order is placed. Additionally, because taxes are calculated based on the original shipping address, changing the address after checkout can create discrepancies, so full address updates can’t be made once an order is submitted.
We will make every effort to correct small details such as adding or updating an apartment or suite number.
