Using Your Device

1. Charge the device. Charge the device before use.
2. Prep your skin. Start with a clean, dry neck and chest. Avoid using the device over skin with makeup, cosmetics, lotions, or other topicals, as this may cause adverse reactions or damage the device.
3. Put on the device. Place the device over your bare neck and chest. Do not cover the treatment area with clothing. Open the clasp by pressing the button on the back of the neck and gently pulling it open. Place the device on your chest and around your neck, allowing the magnetic clasp to align and close into place. Adjust to a comfortable fit that is never restrictive around the neck by opening or closing the adjustable sections on each side of the neck piece.
4. Turn on the device. Press and hold the power button to begin the preset LED light, vibration massage, and heat treatment.
5. Your LED light treatment will begin. The device guides you through a preset 9-minute treatment: 4.5 minutes of red light therapy and 4.5 minutes of red + infrared light therapy. You will hear a beep and see the LED lights blink twice between the two therapies.
6. Select your massage setting. Press the massage button at any point during your treatment to toggle through three modes: Relax (low-frequency continuous), Refresh (higher-frequency continuous), and Relieve (a wave pattern that cycles between low and high). Press and hold the massage button to turn off massage.
7. Select your heat setting. Press the heat button at any point during your treatment to toggle through three temperature options: low, medium, and high. Press and hold the heat button to turn off heat. The massage and heat settings from your last treatment become the default the next time you turn on the device.
8. Sit back and enjoy. Relax and enjoy your treatment.
9. Turn off the device. The device automatically shuts off after the 9-minute treatment is complete. To turn it off sooner, press and hold the power button at any point. The LED light turns off when the device is off. Press the button on the back of the neck to release the clasp and take off the device.

Recommended Use: Once per day, seven days per week. This device is not intended to be used more than once per day per individual.

Normal use of the heat and vibration massage increases blood flow to your neck, and contact with your chest may also cause some redness. This is normal and should subside within 20 minutes of using the device. Immediately stop using the device at the first sign of discomfort.

Charging and LED Indicator Guide

The device is USB-C enabled and comes with a charging cable. Before charging, ensure that the device is powered off. Do not use the device while it is charging.

• Connect one end of the charging cable to the USB-C charging port on the device. It is located on the bottom of the device. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a power adapter.
• Press the LED button to check the battery status:
  • Flashing Orange: Very low battery
  • Solid Orange: Low battery
  • Solid Green: Mid to full battery
• While charging:
  • Flashing Orange: Low battery
  • Flashing Green: Mid battery
  • Solid Green: Full battery

The battery life of the device is up to 60 minutes, depending on the settings used. The device charges from 0–100% in 80 minutes. Always use a power adapter that meets these limits: maximum power output 20W, voltage range 5V to 15V, and maximum current 3A. Do not use an adapter that exceeds any of these ratings.

Care and Cleaning

• The Neck & Chest LED is NOT waterproof. Do not submerge the device in water, clean it under running water, or apply excessive cleaning solutions or disinfectants. Do not allow the device to come into contact with corrosive solutions.
• Before cleaning, turn off the device. Ensure that the device is not connected to a charging cable or power source.
• Visually inspect the device for any obvious signs of debris build-up.
• Wipe off any visible dirt with a disposable cloth moistened with a mild detergent. Be sure to wipe the interior surfaces of the device, especially the inner surface. Next, use a soft cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol to wipe and disinfect the device for three (3) minutes. Repeat this process three times. Finally, wipe the device with a clean, dry cloth until there is no visible residue.
• After cleaning, allow the device to dry thoroughly before storing or beginning another treatment. A properly cleaned device should have no visible signs of debris or moisture.
• For best hygiene practice, clean the device after every use.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place (32°F / 0°C – 86°F / 30°C). Do not store it in direct sunlight or in a vehicle.
